DESIGN BREAKFAST GATHERING INTRO EVENT
Designer’s Breakfast was initiated in Finland during the World Design Capital year 2012. The event has been running regularly since, visiting artists’ and designers’ studios gathering together cross-disciplinary creatives of all ages and backgrounds. We meet for a mutual breakfast and enjoy topic discussions led by both, renowned and young researchers and design practitioners.
In Kino Šiška the event will bring forth Finnish Illustrators to connect with the Slovenian scene.
The breakfast was founded by Finnish designer Marion Robinson, who was missing a platform for sharing open knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere. She currently runs her creative studio in London.
