Servis 8 is an interdisciplinary team of professionals with backgrounds from design and business. They specialise on customer experience design, facilitating co-creation processes and organisation of educational training workshops. They are using and combinig methods and tools from design thinking, service design, applied improvisation, facilitation and business. Motivated by their passion for problem solving, they strive for solutions that have a positive impact on people and their environment.
Servis 8 institute was co-founded by eight enthusiasts who met and started organising Ljubljana Service Jams, creative problem solving workshops which are part of the Global Service Jam initiative. Since the beginning to today four have remained that continue to fulfill the institutes’ mission to bring service design to people. They incorporate processes and methods of co-creation, visualization and experimentation. Their approach is based on human centered design that leans towards interdisciplinarity, constructive cooperation and bringing together various stakeholders.
